Set Master Screen Name Parental Controls to Kids Only

This trick enables a user to set the parental controls for the master
screen name to kids only. Once set, it cannot be reversed because Kids
Only accounts cannot gain access to Parental Controls to change it back.
The most practical application of this is to torment other accounts. If
you sign on the main master screen name then you can set all the sub
accounts to Kids Only, then using this trick set the one you are on to
Kids Only. Since this cannot be reversed, the account will be stuck in
Kids Only mode for the remainder of its life.
It is actually very simple. On the Parental Controls window go to the
screen name you want to set to Kids Only then send the token
NJ 10038
You may receive a message box saying "You cannot block all access for the
master screen name." If you do, click OK. Click OK on the acknowledgement
modal and that's it.
Quite evil to do to an account.
