Price Index #P exploit (CL/OH Billing Update)

The trick was done similar to an earlier exploit with the Ra token found by Jay. A pricing plan change could be submitted for any Price Index including index 77(CL account) and 0(OH/Internal). Although setting your PI to 0 would not upgrade your account to the viewrule status of a OH/Internal, it would still be free. 0 and 77 were not the only useful PI's there were also others including foreign Overhead Price Index's which would allow accounts to scroll.
In order to do it, you would need to send the token #P along with the price index then it would say Pricing Plan Submitted. Now you had to wait for the next billing cycle until it was
updated.
