Its all with the web registration. It seems AOL never totally patched
free.aol.com. You can still make restricted SNs by transfering a
Restricted AIM to AOL using a credit card and a checking account (not
suggested.) Just surf to http://free.aol.com and continue the process but
at the screen name part use a AIM login and just keep going and going
until your done!
